What's for dinner tonight? Dinner ideas?

only 6 hours for me... meat won't even be cold by then...
Soooooooo....plan accordingly!! Supper time is from 4pm to 7pm, usually Saturday night!!🤪

Last night, my first Traeger cook, was BBQ chicken using apple pellets. The best grilled chicken breasts I had ever made, according to the wife and my taste buds. Tonight will be a smoked teriyaki salmon the mesquite pelletts

Grilled boneless chicken breast with Kosmos Dirty Bird at 425.

Since the Traeger was on I threw on some bacon wrapped Oreos. Plain old store bought applewood bacon with no seasoning even though I saw it on Meat Church.

Enlight me on the taters. How are the cut?

Yellow taters... cut down maybe 7/8 of the way till you can spread apart a little then STOP, over the cuts add season, or spray butter or get creative.
I EVOed the cast iron, placed them in there... Spray buttered as much as I could, sprinkled Traeger Veggie Rub on top, FOIL COVER and in the Traeger 350° and I kept it there for 30 minutes and then threw the Thighs in, maybe 30 -45 minutes and it's all done!!!

Taters came out and I started with the real butter on top and it melted immediately!!! Next time sour cream and chives

Ok, cool thanks. They looked spiral cut. I wasnt sure.
