I got a 1.6lb Sirloin Tip Steak...

I want to first sear on my Gasser... then in the Traeger till about 125° dead center, I get the center cuts, the wife gets the more well done ends....

What Traeger TEMP should I do this at after the sear???

now that you put it that way I'll prob do it just like that...

So I'll take it to 120° IT the sear on my gasser and wrap for a small rest
 
I found your cooking VID, so it took an HOUR at 190° to reach 120°???

Because of time now I'll do the "like a brisket" next time... I get these for only $7... so I'll do 2 of them next weekend!!!!
