Failed to download certificate files

sumsh: just a shot...power unit down and back on...I had to delete app and grill and start over. After that I got update.
 
Factory reset
Un-installed and reinstalled updated app
Reconnected to wifi.
In "Stand-By" mode

Nothing.
 
how long did it take for the update to push?
Well, customer service has no clue. The first rep I spoke to last night said to give it till Thursday. Then i asked to speak to a manager to see if IT could push it but she told me it's not possible. Then she tells me to wait till Friday and if nothing then call back. Some are lucky enough to get in a few hours and some of us are waiting days. The only way to check is to take it out of standby so I hope that isn't messing thing up. Maybe if traeger could communicate these technical details to us we wouldn't be so upset.

Not sure where/how to apply rub my IronWood 650 to get wiFIRE to work properly but i'll try anything at this point.

From what I understand, the controller can be in either stand-by mode (screen off) or on (screen on) to get the update.
 
I can’t even connect to my WiFi now. I have tried several times to reset to factory defaults so I can forget WiFi but I don’t get that option anymore.

I have had this thing for 8 or 9 months with nothing but problems. They finally sent me a complete rebuild kit and that fixed my probe and temp problems but now it takes over 20 minutes to start. When it finally starts I have to wait forever for the temps to come down because it pumped in so many pellets trying to start. Now this crap.

The best part about all this is my brother and buddies all have Pitboss and Rectec grills so I have to hear shit everyday that there grills work perfectly.
