sumsh: just a shot...power unit down and back on...I had to delete app and grill and start over. After that I got update.
Well, customer service has no clue. The first rep I spoke to last night said to give it till Thursday. Then i asked to speak to a manager to see if IT could push it but she told me it's not possible. Then she tells me to wait till Friday and if nothing then call back. Some are lucky enough to get in a few hours and some of us are waiting days. The only way to check is to take it out of standby so I hope that isn't messing thing up. Maybe if traeger could communicate these technical details to us we wouldn't be so upset.how long did it take for the update to push?
