My Friday night 15lb brisket took 13 hrs at a average 190f.
It's been par for the course, the one before this I started around 10pm the night before and was done, like 11am. I think it was a 16lber.REALLY??? wow that's weird...

Must be something to do with the convection difference in the grills. They should cook relatively the same. The outside temp and winds would come into play as well if the grill was having issues maintaining set temps.
