We got our water back on, but still have to boil it....not much water pressure....certainly better than none at all...

Thought I would try a weekday brisket. Costco Prime 19 lbs trimmed to 13. Holy Cow / Holy Gospel over night. Fire it up on hickory at 190 SS. To 160 then wrap until 170 then set grill to 250 and rest in the Cambro for 3 hrs and serve...well we will see how it comes out...
