What's for dinner tonight? Dinner ideas?

Added real bacon and Traeger’s coffee rub to the Kosmo’s as well.
Potatoes was just sea salt and olive oil. I wanted to make chips but I left the potato's in the water too long so they got too soft.

OK, my chip/pellet mix worked TOO GOOD in the tube.... After taking my chicken off I actually sprayed my tube fire with water to put it out... or I thought... I know it wasn't the "pellets" that kept burning, it was the CHIPS that started it back up again!!!
I took one of my dogs out an hour later and BOOM

SWMBO had marinated a flank steak and we were at HEB when she came across some fondue cheese, so what the heck. Dang it was good. Reverse seared the flank steak on the Traeger, then seared on GrillGrates on the gasser (I'm getting to like this combo).

Beef, Cheese, Bread, Wine. Not bad for a Friday evening. My son has have his pasta though.

This is the cheese we used. It was amazingly good. Swiss Emmenthaler and Gruyere. We just added 3/4 of dry white wine to it and melted it. If you are into Fondue, this is highly recommended.
