What's for dinner tonight? Dinner ideas?

Reverse seared some Prime 1 New York Strips from HEB for Valentines day. Man were they amazing. Seasoned with Kinder's Buttery Steakhouse rub.

I just did 1 rack... it was only wife and me and we were stuffed
Would've been better if I'd asked how many cooking grates you have. From the picture it looks like you've got to full sized ones??

I’m really loving this forum thread. Thanks for all of the great photos and inspiration!
I’m helping a friend butcher a half of beef soon. That will give me plenty of opportunities for more recipes and photos. I’m looking forward to making my own tomahawks and NY strips.
We’ll have to work out who gets the tenderloin and who gets the brisket.

Spaghetti and meatballs

Nice, they look tasty. Meatballs got lots of color to them.
Here I thought I was going to see some noodles laying across the grates 😉🤣
Will your Yoder cook noodles??

Been slacking on pictures. Finally tried the smoked cream cheese. Also been smoking turkeys and slicing for sandwiches throughout the week. Better than store bought.
My kids LOVE smoke turkey breast. Now it's a staple I need to make weekly.

Doing a "trisket". Tri-tip cooked like a brisket. I put in a smoke tube with some red oak chips from some sticks I have. Will post pics when done!

The Trisket (Tri-tip cooked like a brisket) came out pretty good. Lots of smoke flavor. Tender. A little dry. Would like to try one with the fat cap (untrimmed).

I like to reverse sear my tri-tip as it's pretty lean and the fat that is there is the flavor!
