What's for dinner tonight? Dinner ideas?

To tell the truth, I put them in the cooler for an hour or 2 then they went straight into the fridge. Everyone left about 45 mins ago and I’m beat. Lol
Anyway I figured they would be easier to slice thinner after a overnight chill.
Long day! But lots of great food for later!
You are the king around these parts!

Hahaha, all that’s left is 1/3 of the 15lb brisket, a scoop of Mac n cheese, a brat and a half , 1 rib bone with meat, and the 2 pastrami. And only one of those is mine. 4 or 5 PCs of Johnny cake and 2 cinnamon rolls.

I'll bet Timmy is draggin a leg today!!!

Between Timmy and Grillmeister, we are lucky to see how it's done!
YOU GOT THAT RIGHT!!!! 👍
You can type that again!!!!!

Pastrami, the verdict.

I think it tastes better this time, my son says it was better last time. Lol. I’m right, so it’s got a better taste to me. It is a little tough, although it only got up to 165ish degrees at least twice, so idk. Color is good.

It is eatable , it’ll make great sandwiches.
Overall I’m happy with the end results.

Yeah it has to have something to do with that cuz you don't have a 'burned in' bark either, but glad it's okay. (y) 👌
