Off course 7.99 was at H.E.B. I went to Costco to get a Brisket it was $5.99/lb….We need a HEB in the San Francisco area….

Not sure if it's the same but Bearded Butchers out of OH just release a Butter Rub. I have used several of their other rubs and they're pretty good.

Costco.ca for us Canucks and it isn't listed there either.
They carried it up here for 2 years, and this last year it disappeared

LOL. It's a great blade. I use it all the time for cubing meats like this and pork bellies. Easy to put the edge back too. One of my favorite knives. It gets a workout during deer season.
