What's for dinner tonight? Dinner ideas?

Ok boys n girls, LET THE COOKIN BEGIN!

First up, pastrami and beef jerky.

Pastrami started as corned beef, soaked for a day in sugar and pickling spices. Then dried off coated with yellow mustard the rubbed with Trader Joe’s Everyday seasoning.

Beef jerky is 4lbs of eye of round, marinaded in @GrillMeister keto marinade for 2 days. I’m try something different on another 2 lbs eye of round, I’ll let you in on it if it works. Lol

You have a few to select from. I won't be adding to my collection until next year. This year is a new concrete patio and gazebo. I won't have to worry about the rain and weather finally
That would be awesome. I was contemplating building a covered deck off the garage. But lumber prices are going unreal. Maybe next year.

I wanted a wooden deck, but with the price of wood, I opted for concrete so that I could get the size I needed. At $87.00 each for a 2" x 12"x 16' spruce at HD, I don't know how anyone can afford to do anything with wood right now.

Transferred pastrami to the Bronson 20, I got the 1st batch of jerky a little overly done.
The PCs cut across the grain dried out to much, the PCs cut with the grain aren’t to bad.
