What's for dinner tonight? Dinner ideas?

Montreal Smoked meat is brined and now spiced up and ready for the smoker tomorrow morning.
Will smoke it until it hits the stall 165°F-170°F and then off the smoker until the next day when I will sous vide it for 24 hours @165°F

I can't remember any bad ideas that started with tequila 🤔

I CAN!!!!! The most often one was "I got an idea, I'll have another shot!!!"

Nice! I’ve got one in the brine right now. Next weekend, I’m doing it up. This is my first. Keep me posted on your progress.

I made Vodka Brined Smoked Salmon form the Traeger website. I totally forgot to take a photo before we tore it apart. Oh well, there will be many more!

Will do for sure. I did this one last year and it was amazing, the recipe is spot on for flavor. The only difference this year is the sous vide finish rather than steaming

I've only had my grill for a little while. Thought I'd share some of my pics after looking through this long thread of delicious looking food!
