Agreed.OOOOOOOO I don't like the looks of that pellet pic at all....
My grill lookin like a roller coaster today, 54° outside but that shouldn't matter. A little breezy but again... I wonder if my RTD is reacting to the foil water pan being there??
It very well could be the water pan, where is it in relation to the rtd? Might try moving them away from the rtd.My grill lookin like a roller coaster today, 54° outside but that shouldn't matter. A little breezy but again... I wonder if my RTD is reacting to the foil water pan being there??
I highly doubt the water pan could cause those fluctuations, if anything it would be moderating them once the water came to temperature. I normally start with warm to hot water from the tap when I use one.My grill lookin like a roller coaster today, 54° outside but that shouldn't matter. A little breezy but again... Yeah I used hot water also... the pan is out now and it's still roller coasting.I highly doubt the water pan could cause those fluctuations, if anything it would be moderating them once the water came to temperature. I normally start with warm to hot water from the tap when I use one.
Did you recently clean your grill RTD? Or bump it maybe? I would tend to think it would be related to an error in how temps are being sent to the controller
It cooks food for now so I'm not gonna freak too much... TILL I WANNA DO JERKY!! Then I guess I'm gonna turn into one of those guys that screams at CS!! Do I ask for a new RTD to start with????I would tend to think it would be related to an error in how temps are being sent to the controller
