I skip the sauce part as that is just too much sugar and SWMBO loves the dry rub only version.
I normally use their Honey Hog, but tried their all purpose rub to cut back on the sugar and both turned out great. SWMBO prefers the Honey Hog rub though.What is your MC rub of choice for these?
Was the pasta noodles pre-cooked (boiled)? I done the smoke mac & cheese with uncook noodles that Timmy and other makes and they turn out great.I wanted to push the Traeger boundaries, and I wanted to make my usual Italian meal....
