Making Baby Backs today salt and pepper rub with Blues Hog original at the end. Also making cast iron cornbread with turnip greens. Using Bear Mountain Hickory pellets 321 method

The family is over and we're celebrating my son's new job. Prime Beef at Costco is finally coming down in price (buy it while you can as it will be going up soon due to feed prices & shortages).

Dusted with Kinder's Prime Steak seasoning and in the smoke bath till they reach 125 degrees internal, then it's off the the gasser with GrillGrates for the sear.

Nope, nothing special, you can use pickle spears or whole pickles, wrap in bacon and cook like the Shotgun Shells. Season them with your favorite rub and a little BBQ sauce.
They are delicious. I prefer using the whole pickle, but not the big ones, baby dolls work great.
 
Nothing fancy today, just a pork picnic, looks lost on the XL lol šŸ˜‚ hope everyone is having a great day! Beautiful here in Southern Delaware
