What's cooking today? 🔥 Pics are necessary!

All done. Pulled it at 125F and rested for 25min. Perfect medium rare. I never did a sear of any kind. Served it up with mashed potatoes and Yorkshire puddings. The wife said she liked my rotisserie one better, but this was pretty good. I really liked it. The Inkbird is a game changer.

HEB has bacon wrapped jumbo shrimp with jalapeno and Monterey Jack cheese on sale this week. They cook up easy peasey with a grill topper. I turn em around a couple times during the cook.

My local HEB has Prime Sirloin on sale for $6.99/lb. Too good to turn down. Gonna reverse sear these puppies and season them with some Kinder's Prime Steak seasoning. Found that at Sam's Club. They have loads of different Kinder's rubs & seasonings at great prices. Only $6.98 for this one.

Making more High Mountain Jerky today. Got a 6 Lb top round cooking at 170 with Bear Mountain Hickory. I made some last weekend and it went fast with grandkids.

Rack of Pork.

Smoked at 250 until 130 then basted w sauce and pulled at 145. Made it today for an early Easter w extended family. Big hit.
