What's cooking today? 🔥 Pics are necessary!

I’m putting this on right before bedtime. I also have a breakfast fatty ready to go in the morning. View attachment 8972
Woke up this morning to “Ler” error on the Bronson. The auger made a nice tunnel right through the pellets. I’m not sure when it went out last night. The brisket has a nice bark. Restarted and threw on the breakfast fatty. I’m going to not touch the pellets and see how long it takes to auger a hole through the middle.

Made meatloaf with recipe shared by my neighbor. I kind of rushed it so didn't smoked it as much as I would like to. My son said I need to do better. He liked the one my neighbor did a few weeks back.

I picked up a couple of 3lb prime rib roasts today. I’ve always done these on the gasser’s rotisserie with amazing results. I’m debating trying the Traeger. What do you think?

I'm doing one on my 575 tomorrow... perfectly fine idea.

Traeger, no question.

Gave the grills a rest yesterday and fired up the griddle for some German Bauernkartoffeln. It's basically potatoes, sausage, onions, and egg with seasoning fried up. Pretty hardy meal.
