Just received Firmware version 02.01.03

I hadn't heard Super Smoke was being added to the Pro grills.

I 've 03.010 as well and 500F. I thought the latest config version will also have supersmoke for PRO grills but looks like they didn't provide that option.

That is a feature differentiation between PRO and Ironwood / Timberline - doubtful that will ever be "added" ... what does happen is that when you setup/pair the PRO grill, the App will show the buttons in the UI for a short period of time ... once the Traeger Cloud back-end syncs the PRO-specific features down to the App, those false options disappear (it can take a few minutes before that happens) ...

I’ve had my Pro 575 on and in standby mode since Sunday night but I have not had any firmware update. Idk what else to do. I’ve dealt with 3 customer service reps but all they’ve said is “give it 24-48 hrs. It should not be this difficult to get an OTA firmware update. All I want to do is get the 500 degree update because I love everything else about my grill. I would appreciate any pointers on what else to do to get my update? Thanks.

The update PUSH started sometime on Aug 3rd (Mon) ... a reminder that Firmware does not provide the feature update required to select 500 degrees - that is the Config Version update which will come after the Firmware update ... for a PRO 575 you need 04.015 or later (04.016 appears to be the current version) ...

Based on feedback across multiple Traeger-related Facebook groups, the update(s) are flowing, albeit in a controlled / throttled manner, so your WiFIRE Controller will eventually receive Firmware 02.01.03 first ... then 12-24 Hours later Config Version 04.016 ...

You could try power cycling the controller ... otherwise patience is your only choice at the moment ...

My 575 has been on all week and not update yet.

I also have had my Pro 575 on sleep mode with "excellent" connection (-35 to -40 range) for the better part of two days and no update yet. Maybe it is a slow rollout with the 575's near the end of the queue?

Just a reminder, it took mine 2 weeks to get the config file from the time the FW updated. I had power cycled the unit a couple of times a few days after the FW update which did not seem to hurt or help...

My Pro 780 updated in a matter of minutes after turning it on this evening.
