Just received Firmware version 02.01.03

I have had V02.01.02 for ages so I may be the last in the chain to get .03. My config is still 04.012.
Not worried, my Traeger is still working perfectly .

I registered and started looking for an update on 10-Jul. I have done a "Factory Reset" (per Traeger support) but still no updates, and have left the Grill on probably 90% of the time.

App is 2.010b2 (IOS)
Config: 2.00.03 ( On initial build out the Config moved from 2.00.00 to 2.00.03)
FW: 9.00.03
Grill: Silverton 810.

The Status page shows I should have FW: 9.00.05 and Config: 2.01.02, App: 2.10,
The Signal Strength is -62, I put a Google Mesh access point, roughly 10 ft from the grill.....

You have the Firmware & Config Version values reversed ...

Latest Firmware = 02.01.03 (not reflected as of yet on WiFIRE Status Page - https://www.traegergrills.com/status)

Latest Config Version for Silverton 810 = 09.005 (RELEASED 3/24/20)

Leave it on for the next 24-48 Hours continuously ... you should receive both updates (Firmware + Config Version) now that they're actively PUSHing down from the Traeger Cloud since sometime yesterday ...

Nice - that means they are finally pushing Config Version updates separately ... hoping the others up here see it so we know it is consistently being applied across all D2 WiFIRE Controller model grills :)
Got my 02.01.03 firmware a few days ago, but Config still stuck at 03.007.

Question...
1) Will an update download if you are in the middle of a cook ?... or will it just put you back in the queue until your grill is idle.
2) Do you have to power cycle to get the new files to activate ?

1) It should not as the 3rd phase of the process is Applying Updates, and that will restart the WiFIRE Controller when complete to load/activate the updates ...
2) See above - you should not have to power cycle the grill (it wouldn't hurt to do so, but in my experience, I did not have to power cycle across any of the updates received to date - Feb 2020 = initial setup ... May 2020 = May Update release ... Aug 2020 = current update) ...

You may need to close out of the App completely and relaunch to be able to select 500 degrees as it needs to get a refresh from the Traeger Cloud back-end as to any updates/changes to "features" ... I don't remember if I had to do that after the May Update was installed ...

Still waiting over here on a Pro 575. Weird thing though, Grill is connected to the WiFi, but through the APP it's showing "Grill Offline". Does the grill show "Grill Offline" while updates are taking place?
I have tried closing the app and re-opening it but same thing. This same thing happened over the weekend but no update yet.

Same here. Grill showing offline. Tried closing and reopening but same status "Offline"

Interesting mine says offline too, I’m not at home but that is what the app says. Have a PRO575 too...

Same with our PRO 780 ... must be an issue with the Traeger Cloud back-end at the moment ... checked the WiFIRE Controller display - it shows connected (w/bars) to Home Wi-Fi Network ...

My Pro 780 says the same thing on my IOS app (Grill Off Line) but when I check it on an old Android phone it says it’s asleep (which it is). Is this an issue with the servers and they way they send the information out to the phones.
The Traeger tech is quite flakey at times.

Same here. iOS app shows grill offline but have full bars and -24 signal strength on the grill itself. Still no FW update.

I am offline as well now but here is an interesting thing....I can shut down the Traeger from the App even though it says offline, go figure!

Edit: Two hours on from what I said above, I went to the Traeger, pushed menu, scrolled down to settings and when I pushed that it went straight back to start.
