Just received Firmware version 02.01.03

What is strange to me is that the iOS devices show as offline, but my Android device shows it Sleeping/Idle ... so the Traeger Cloud back-end is having issues only with iOS devices?

Just got the latest firmware version v 02.01.03 on my pro780. Still didn't get the latest config version. Anybody else get the latest config? Or they haven't started rolling out the updated config?

If they are following the May 2020 Update release process, the Config Version will follow in 12-24 Hours - leave the grill turned on (a power shutdown after the Firmware update in May left those users without an updated Config Version) ...

My 850 shows offline in the latest iOS app, it has not budged off of 02.00.01 so far.

Can someone give me an idea of the process to get the update? I’ve been cycling it down after use and then leaving it turned on (not turning off the switch on the back) over night and the following day. Is that correct? However like everyone else it just says grill offline. Any tips would be appreciated.

The Traeger Cloud back-end seems to be having issues with the iOS App today ... Grills are showing as offline, even though on an Android device, the grill shows as Sleeping / Idle ... so connectivity is still functioning between the Traeger Cloud and the WiFIRE Controller ...

All of my updates have occurred with the WiFIRE Controller showing as Sleeping / Idle ... leave the power switch on "indefinitely" over the next few days, it should eventually receive the update(s) ...

Anyone else still having the Grill show as off line on their iPhones? Mine still does yet on an Android phone it seems ok.

My IW650 finally shows online again in the iOS app and now has config 6.009 (had 6.008 and FW updated to 02.01.03 on Monday).

My pro780 now does show online / idle. Firmware updated yesterday to v 02.01.03, but config still v 03.007.

In the iOS app, my Pro 575 shows it’s back online but the FW has not updated yet.

My Pro 575 is showing "Sleeping" on my Android phone. App is at version 2.08. No updates.

Based on this thread and the fact we were going to cook a couple of pizzas last night I went out, uncovered the Pro 780 plugged it in and turned it on. Before I could check the version at the grill it started updating right away and I was able to get a camera back out so I took a couple of photos to share. Whole process took less than 5 minutes start to finish.

My pro780 config just updated to v 03.010. It seems to be updating for everyone. If you don't get the update call and make sure your grill is registered. I can confirm the grill now has a max temperature of 500.

I 've 03.010 as well and 500F. I thought the latest config version will also have supersmoke for PRO grills but looks like they didn't provide that option.
