Chantilly potatoes today, to go with some leftover Baby Backs. Been smoking at 175 for 1.5 hours. Gone give em another 30 minutes, then cover and bump the temp

I guess I'm lucky, my daughter is the one who gave me my Traeger for cooking the meats!! But she's a vegetarian and not a vegan so they usually aren't as outspoken I guess!

Fortunately, the other daughter loves brisket! And, the vegan makes spectacular sides so no complaints here.

Thanks, the triangle one is for a buddy of mine. He bought it thinking it was a plain brisket flat. He was bummed until I told him what could be done with it.
