I usually let it go overnight an pour off in the morning. Most of the fat is fairly dried out by then.Looking good..

The grills are pretty dry, just a few rain drops. Idk what’s up with the swings, it’s warm outside. I’ll have to investigate a little further.Timmy has some temp swings going on!!!
