I use that to prop my Smoke tube at an angle when it's too full to lay down
That's been in my grill for about 7 smokes now, it' don't burn or nothin'

I was goin to do a corn beef but didn’t know how it would come out. I am new to treager nation parole say when doing pork and corn beef to put a water pan in is this true?1) Pre-heat 250
2) Corn beef only until 130 degrees (Approx 2 hours)
3) Place corn beef in pan with water only, covered. Put partially covered cabbage next to pan (approx 1.5 hours) 300 degrees
4) Corn beef hits 175 degrees, add veggies, cover cabbage (approx 1.5 hours)
5) Done at 203. Monitor veggies.

Damn straight, I loved my leftovers as well, on my wife's home made sourdough. It didn't exist long enough to get a picture!Been waiting ALL DAY for this... the best part of Corned beef is 2nd day Sammies!!!!
