What's for dinner tonight? Dinner ideas?

That looks really good Picker! Did you sear on the Traeger?

I'm really terrible at cooking steak, hope sous vide helps.

No, I fired up my WeberQ gasser and cranked that baby way up, it was smoking before the meat was even added... the grill marks are from my aluminum griddle I took from a down draft stove top I replaced on a remodel job... I also now have GrillGrates, I just didn't use them yet and probably won't in my gasser.

I'm good at steaks IF the meat is right... I NEVER get this cut of meat from this grocer right at all.. I quit buying them. BUT NOW!!!! SOUS VIDE ME BABY!!!!

Now I can't wait to do all the Omaha Steaks I got in the freezer some friend keeps sending us...

Chicken parts tonight, I have been shoving the GrillGrates to the left and rear which seems to get them plenty hot at 450F.

Breasts with Meat Church garlic herb, thighs with half Jack Daniel's and Weber New Orleans Cajun rubs.

First attempt with the sous vide. Not finished on the grill (my patio is torn apart to add to my BBQ/smoker space)
Impressed with it so far. This was 2.25 hours at 130°F, then pan seared to finish
