What's for dinner tonight? Dinner ideas?

Lynch Butt Shaker made right here in Iowa. My daughter make the sauce, shes gotten pretty good at it.

I will also add, that the one with heinz 57 sauce was the favorite!

Gotta love it when HEB puts bone in pork butts at a special price. I alway swing by and check them out and sometimes you can snag a 99 cents deal, but this was $1.18 and close enough for me. Grabbed two butts for later this week.

Timmy got me thinking about ribs, so that's what is on for tonight, along with my BBQ Cole Slaw.

Thanks again to Rusty Jake, I was able to buy a few pounds of Williams Rib Tickler. I found an old jar, so I just pour it in there for shaking it out on the meat.

These are going on the Century 22 as I have to prep the Ironwood for Christmas Brisket #5 tonight.

Yep, snowed last Fri-Sat. Got about 7 inches. Then got cold mid 20s most of the week. Hopefully it'll stick around for Xmas. Grand kids love it

Envious of you.
My last cook of ribs I did extras so I could freeze and have through the winter.
I need to work on getting a permanent cover structure. We get far too much rain during the winter for any unsheltered cooks

I would love to build a permanent covered structure. Right now the 780 lives in the heated garage about 12 ft from where it is in the picture. So its not to bad to move outside.

Turkey breast on right now...

And with my Bella Smokin-It going, I don't need the Pre-Low smoke temp first so right to 325° and cook like it's in the oven

Why remove the grease tray? Temp is temp after all isnt it? i am a newbie, so please excuse me if it's a silly question.
You are right, probably wouldn't make much difference. It might get more ash on the pizza actually, which might taste better?
