What's for dinner tonight? Dinner ideas?

Sometimes you're too tired from honey-do's and it's too hot to heat up the kitchen. Everyone loves chicken nuggets especially in the shape of a chicken tender. Easy Peasy!

I don't like my temp swings I've been getting for the last few cooks now. It's still gets the meat done and it don't really hurt anything, I just don't like it.
Probably time for me to drain the hopper, blow out the auger, maybe take a blower to the underneath and start fresh next cook.

I own a new RTD, I just dont wanna go thru the crap of changing it out.. LOL
I might do the RTD and my hot rod and pot all at the same time... not till fall tho

Getting ready for another Overnight Brisket tonight...
Trimmed and rubbed, resting in frig. Bought it 16# 😲 😲 😲 it ain't that now after the trim obviously

To take care of the temp spikes I've been getting:
Worked on my 575 rig... purged the auger, took fire pot out and cleaned it, Vacuumed everything, cleaned the RTD.
And took the screws out of the under grate!!! A TON of pellet dust came out... it was piled in there like a bird nest...
I did another cut on my deflector shield to allow more heat than in past. (I never had spikes when I first made it but who knows.)
Made a 'raised' shelf for brisket to sit on to keep too much heat from just going around the brisket affecting the RTD. 2nd shelf is sitting on a jerky rack.
I'll see if this helps.
