What's for dinner tonight? Dinner ideas?

Roasted boneless leg of lamb with asparagus for my son-in-laws birthday. Served with fresh home made Tzatziki sauce. Yum!

With Timmy's help, and Monk Fruit, this 'from scratch' low carb pumpkin pie turned out AWESOME on Traeger

"but my Traeger is just an outdoor oven"!!! yeah? Well, I'm glad it can be!!!

Everything came from Aldis (sub 1/2 amount of Monk Fruit for sugar)

Gonna try this come Thanksgiving! What's the net carbs per serving?

My math had me at about 25 carbs per slice (8 to a pie)
That's counting pumpkin, condensed milk, and monk fruit divide by 8, plus 9 for the 1 serving of crust
I re-tested and only used about 1/3 cup Monk Fruit

2 different pre-made I saw at the grocer were over 45-55 per slice

OKAY, so it's actually LESS if you are worried about blood sugar, (knowledge is king)

according to this, only HALF of sugar alcohol gets absorbed in your blood

Seeing as this monk fruit is 4g sugar alcohol, you only count HALF, which makes Monk Fruit over 50% less than real sugar in carb count.

So if this is applied, now each piece is 21.5g carb
