Since my Stove/Oven for my new kitchen is no where to be seen with no updates I need to use my Traeger (and Blackstone) to cook most of my meals.
I could have put those frozen chicken cordon bleu in my 5and1 microwave/oven but the Traeger seemed like a better option. I just put my Fireboard probes in a 2 of them and cooked to temp or a little higher. So good.
If I had a countertop I probably wouldn't even care that my stove was missing.
