Wait. So breakfast for dinner? Yes, that’s cool. Breakfast is good anytime of the day.
The fatty? Yes was for dinner. Our family does it all the time, can’t beat it and it’s easy.

Pork butt out camping on the Bronson 20 about 10hrs…..

I vacuum it out after every cook. I think the 12 hours made too much ash for the little Bronson 20. I will now clean it out before a re-start after an error from now on.
Ok here is the verdict, I had my Bronson going 13 hrs today. NO issues there was very little ash at 11 hrs, as I did a shut down to check then a restart. I will add pics to this post when I get home and clean it out.

Bone in turkey breast for lunch

I kinda figured it shouldn't be outta the question to go 12+ hrs with out issues... but I'll let you finish the story

Big ol' North Atlantic Salmon filet skin side down. Front six are Dizzy Pig's Maple Glazed salmon and the two in the back are Kosmo's SPG on the left and Kinder's Buttery steak on the right. I also drizzled melted butter on the two in the back. I'm trying to cut back on carbs, so I'm forgoing sweet rubs and drizzling my fish in maple syrup & butter. 🤣

For a savory salmon, both turned out tasty and SWMBO agrees.

Dual Mini Briskets going... not one pic yet.
was doing yard work when I probed the meat for first time, was already in the 170s... so I hurried and paper wrapped, left phone in the house...

One is coming off and foiled around the paper, cooled down a bit then in the frig for slicing at later date.
I'll have pics of the other when slicing for lunch.
