Cooking some San Antonio Kiolbassa Jalapeño Beef Sausages and a few of their Roasted Garlic sausages. This will last for lunches for the week. Good stuff and great price at Costco.

Yeah, I've tried that but it hasn't been as good as cooking straight through at the higher temp for me.

Shake your wings in corn starch or baking powder and leave in e fridge uncovered overnight.

Fixin 2 things I’ve never done before. 1 is a breakfast Fatty. Thick cut bacon, Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage, eggs, cheese, onion. Kinders brown sugar seasoning on the outside and Lawrys seasoned salt on the eggs. The other is the cobbler I posted in recipes.

Love Kinders... where do you get yours??? online only? or do you have a local place
Just bought Kinders Prime Rib Rub....

.... hmmm I wonder what that could be used on???

My local Walmart started carrying a lot of Kinders, so far I picked up the Brown sugar and buttery steak. The wife seams to really like the Brown sugar seasoning.

The only drawback is from what I found at my store only carries the 5.5 oz bottles.
