Bacon wrapped scallops today. These were frozen scallops from HEB and a 12 oz. package of Center Cut bacon.

First, cook the bacon for about 10 minutes. I will probably do this in the oven next time for more even cooking.

I then seared them on GrillGrates upside down for the griddle side. Seasoned with Kinder's Prime Steak seasoning with Black Garlic and truffle. SWMBO raved about them.

Pizza tonight

Keto Steelhead Trout yesterday. Picked up a nice filet at HEB, dusted with Kinder's Prime Steak seasoning (Black Garlic & Truffle) and put on the Traeger at 350 till internal temp reached 145 degrees. Drizzled melted butter near the end of the cook. Yum! SWMBO approved!

Jumbo Meatloaf today 6.5 lbs of burger. Cooking at 325 and using Bear Mountain Hickory. We had plenty of noise in the house today our 7 Grandkids was here for dinner they all loved the meatloaf
