Pork Sirloin Roast-What can I do with it?

My wife just bought a 12 lb. Pork Sirloin Roast.

What different cuts of meat can I cut it into?
Where would each of those cuts be located on that roast?

I was thinking pork chops, pork steaks, & leaving about 4 lbs. as a roast?

Edited To Add:
When I opened the package, it was already cut into 3 equal pieces.
I baked 1 piece as a "roast" tonight in the oven.
1 of the other 2 other pieces looked like it could be cut into "pork chops".
The other piece looks like it could be cut into "pork steaks".
Only time will tell.
