I'd take a class in a heartbeat. @GrillMeister cooks a lot of different stuff, im kinda a semi seasoned newbie. I'd like to learn to cook more foods besides meat.Anywhere from 1 to about 150. Well until then I guess I'll have to pay attention to the site and ask lots of questions....Virtual and online will grow out of the in person, instructor led, hands on classes I want to offer.
