Outdoor Kitchen Build

Almost done. Still gotta plumb the ice maker, add a couple more coats of sealer on the counter, attach the shelves to the brackets, and clean up.

In looking at the pictures of your setup, I'm in complete awe. My only question is...where is the meat locker?????

Wow! How many people do you usually feed at a time?
Anywhere from 1 to about 150. I've catered some BBQ in the past and still make it for large parties. When it's complete I'll be doing some private pellet grill & ceramic grill cooking classes.

If I was close I'd take a class. Not only to learn more but to be able to hang out in that kitchen with @GrillMeister

Well then, next time I visit my daughter I’ll have to reach out and see if you’re doing one of those classes!

I'd take a class in a heartbeat. @GrillMeister cooks a lot of different stuff, im kinda a semi seasoned newbie. I'd like to learn to cook more foods besides meat.

@GrillMeister, if you ever consider doing virtual classes, I'm in.

That is a whole nuther thing with a camera, editing, etc. I founded Texas Eggfest University over a decade ago, and in person classes are the best as you can see facial expressions, gauge comprehension, and ask questions to measure it. Much more difficult online virtually and with videos it does not matter without quizzes in between.

My plans are in person for a set fee, learning, cooking, and eating and taking home leftovers to brag about. ;)

Virtual and online will grow out of the in person, instructor led, hands on classes I want to offer.

Well until then I guess I'll have to pay attention to the site and ask lots of questions.... 😁
