I purchased a used grill Model: TFB57QLF.
When I cook, the ambient temperature on my Meater probe is significantly lower than the grill temperature. In this example, the grill temperature is 225, but the ambient temperature of my Meater probe shows 133. The cook has already been on for 42 minutes. I know they will not be an exact match, but I do not think there should be an 80 - 90-degree difference.
Before starting to cook, I cleaned the grill with a shop vacuum. I then removed all the pellets and replaced them with new ones, which are of the Traeger brand.
Any advice would help.
TIA!
