Ribs are sauced and in for the finish.
Did some keto sauced ribs again as well. They are lighter as they had a keto brown sugar on them and the keto sauce is lighter color

we made salmon patties on the bronze betty.

with the added upper shelf isn't it now "un-officially" a Pro 718.

it lost 4 square inches due to the feet of the second level shelf, but added 147 square inches with the second top shelf at 7" x 21".
