OMG. The H-E-B Prime Tri-Tip, while having much much more fat (prime fat is a good thing), turned out great. SWMBO and son loved it.

Doing a pork tenderloin Rub Off tonight. 🤣

Giving HCC Red a try going head to head against Williams Rib Tickler. It should be an interesting battle. SWMBO was not impressed with HCC Red so far. She said it was kinda bland & limp. Either way, they will be dipped in Fischer & Weiser's Raspberry Chipotle sauce!

Ok, in tonight's pork tenderloin rub off between Williams's Rib Tickler and Hard Core Carnivore Red, SWMBO said that HCC Red could not stand up against the Rib Tickler. She noticed a little heat in HCC Red, but Rib Tickler came in first in the rub off. It looks like HCC Red will be relegated to soft section of my rub cabinet. Meanwhile, Williams Rib Tickler came through like strong winner. Hard and unbending, Williams finished first in this stiff competition of the pork tenderloin rub off.

Using both today ham and ribs on Traeger and ribs on Big Joe also trying out new Fireboard blower. Salt & Pepper ribs in Traeger and Meat Church Voodoo on Kamado. Will finish ribs with Blues Hog doing 321 method. Well myself and wife both agreed that the Traeger salt and pepper with blues hog tasted better than the Kamado with voodoo and peach wood smoke. Ham be done soon
