What's for dinner tonight? Dinner ideas?

Well its not for tonight, but for tomorrow night. Got a 12lb brisket goin low n slow all night. Got the Fireboard setup, Traegers runnin at 175f. Its my 1st overnighter, hope it comes out good!

11 1/2 hrs cooking so far going good. Gonna wrap brisket shortly.

Brisket flat finished at 207f, its resting in the cooler. Ribs ready to wrap in about 30 mins done 3-2-1 on them.
2 chickens put on about 20 mins ago 3 1/2 hrs to go. The brisket point is at 192f, about ready to be made into burnt ends. All in all goin pretty smoothly.

Ribs all wrapped up, burnt ends catchin some more smoke. Chickens roostin.

How do you work the timing for all that to finish at the same time, respect.

Yeah. you can count me out... it's getting tougher everyday the older i get

Unwrapped ribs, doin final hour or so. Chickens up to 150ish. Burnt end lookin good! Put some beans on just because.

You are a cooking machine. Nice job, everything looks great ? Huge undertaking to cook all those different proteins at the same time and have success to boot.

At this point in time its mostly family. Im just practicing so when Covid crap gets over, i can really impress freinds. Lol
