@RustyJake did you use a particular recipe for the Mac?
I used the recipe from @Slimpicker
For the Keto we downsized and used the keto dry pasta noodles, the amounts and used cream instead of milk. It actually was more moist than the original recipe
 
I'm embarrassed, no pics, so this didn't happen. I smoked 3 big boneless ribeyes at 180F Super Smoke unit IT 120F. Then pulled and wrapped, grill up to 400F cooked chicken parts. Then up to 475F Rev seared the steaks on the GrillGrates for 5 min. Perfect grill marks and cook, the friends were raving.
 
Looks like Timmy may have rival as Feast Master! Timmy, you need to up your game by building a gazebo.
I can't compete with him. He wins hands down, consistently cooking like he does.

I agree. Our resident gurus are becoming complacent. And RemE hasn't done an impressive project in months!
Ha ha, I have been busy with prohects, but not on the grill front.

Oldest daughter is home for a wedding so we been carting people etc, so little time. Now it's off to the airport...
