What's for dinner tonight? Dinner ideas?

Today’s dinner is in the Traeger. St. Louis style ribs seasoned, allowed to “sweat” and then on at 275 with Hickory.

seasoned with Meat Church rubs exactly like he does in this video:

First time smoking ribs, let’s see how they go.

Looks good, some nice racks there. I think that you may find 275°F may be a bit too high.

The noodles are a normally pretty good. They just cook a bit differently. Hard to overcook them

Nice little Trifecta ya got goin on there!
Thanks. It isn't quite your outdoor kitchen, but it gives me a bit of shelter and a relaxing place to sit and enjoy a cocktail or two.

Brisket is resting

The mac'n'cheese is done. Just leaving it covered on the grill until the bacon is done. The smoked cream cheese is done as well. Suppose to be really good for dipping crackers into. Have to do one in cinnamon sugar next time for dipping fruit in
