What's for dinner tonight? Dinner ideas?

I use GrillGrates for my salmon cooking. Personally not keen on infusing fish oil into my pizza stone, but that's me.
Didn’t think about that......I just didn’t have any planks, didn’t want to put it on right on the racks and knew I better not put my wife’s Pyrex on there

I just cut off a piece of the paper I use to wrap, cut it to size, and put the salmon on that. Works great, no mess, no cleaning, and just toss it when done cooking.

Yeah.....was wondering if the butcher paper they wrap with at Publix was quality enough for that.....I don’t have any pink paper yet

I don’t cook a lot of seafood, but when I do, I put it right on the grill racks, or use one of those Weber fish holders.

Works great for meatloaf also…

Ditto on the butcher paper. Another advantage of doing it this way is that when you're done, peeling the paper off takes the skin with it.

In addition, pizza stone is expensive and can break easily. I strictly use it for pizza making only and keep it carefully bubble wrapped when not in use.

I recently did the salmon and avocado salsa myself.....wife loves avocados. Turned out great for me too. What is that you're cooking your fish on???

I like to use the Lodge cast iron griddle:

I use this for all my searing. Haven't felt the need to get Grill Grates yet.
