Just wrapped in plastic wrap really tight, then in a vacuum bag and cooked in the SousVide

I did up a Lyoner sausage in my ham press yesterday and Kabanosy sausage on the smoker yesterday. I will posts some pics of that once I get it sliced up later today

Fall off the bone is further than I normally go, but these were delicious, so moist and definitely pull off the bone clean.
