What's cooking today? 🔥 Pics are necessary!

We continually experiment with various ways of preparing corn. In our last attempt, we chose to wrap the corn in foil with the husk still attached and placed it in the Traeger, on the top rack alongside the chicken, for approximately 30-35 minutes at 375 degrees. They turned out great!

Next time we want to try the Traeger Street corn recipe:

Some other methods to cook corn

About an hour or so to go. Looking good.

Nice job Tom

Breakfast for supper. On the gas grill. One day I will have a flat top, need to expand my patio first.
I had some pastrami that I made last year that was a little salty, so we have been using it as beef bacon.

Did you wrap them?
I'm an anti-wrapper. And unfortunately the crew showed up like a ravenous pack of wolves and devoured the ribs before I could snap a pic.
I throw myself on the mercy of the board and pledge to do better next.

Judging by the pile of gnawed bones, I think they were pretty darn good.

That looks great. I didn’t really have the space either, but I saw an kink in my wife’s no more outdoor toys armor and decided to pounce
I did see a few add-ons to convert my gasser to a griddle… hmmmm…. B’fast for dinner is a favorite esp in the Winter months, no reason not to try outside in the Summer!

What is that contraption you are using to generate smoke in the Yoder?
It isn't smoke, I have been testing adding humidity to the smoke chamber during the cooks. It is a reptile humidifier

And seeing the smoker was on, how about some onion rings. Maybe stuff them with seasoned ground beef, and wrapped in bacon
