That's the same thing they told me. Turn on the grill, when it powers up just let it sit for a few min. and it should update. Waited 2hrs. and nothing. Not gonna get tweeked about it right now. I is a new App, and even the guy I was on the phone with told me it so new they have no data to really help now.I'm at 3 weeks on my new 575 and 4 calls to customer service. I will wait until Tuesday and call again!!
I have done everything I was told to do, leave the unit on, cycle it on and off numerous times a day.
New app works perfectly but still just 450!!
