Timberline 850 Connection Issue

Just did a Support Chat session w/Traeger ... attaching the full chat ... read through them in order ... 1-10 ...
Jesse's responses within our Chat session align with what is stated on the WiFIRE Status Page, and the experiences of numerous people who I know have contacted Traeger in regards to getting a controller replacement for AC-powered Gen1 Models when they were "stranded" back on version 02 of Firmware and could not upgrade to version 3 without Traeger sending them a "no cost" replacement controller (assuming it was under warranty) ...
