Tires are Harbor freight. I got the white ones that are on sale for $4.99 and painted them black. 5/8 x 6" bolts you can get anywhere. It was a challenge to drill out the 3/8 axel tube, but not unreasonable.
4" casters I found at Ace Hardware. Could have used 5" as I had to shim them to get the grill level. Drilling out the caster receiver is no problem. You have to cut out quite a bit of plastic from inside the mounting shoe, so be prepared.
