Pro 575 - Tell me things are better now!

I've had a mine for about two weeks. I'm pleased and am coming from a Big Green Egg and Weber Genesis. Sure the sear is not the same and I like a bit more smoke flavor but I'm new to pellet and will work those issues out the best I can. I don't regret my purchase of the Pro 575. Folks need to remember this is not an oven and the heat will fluctuate some but I've seen nothing more than 10 degrees at most either way and that's entirely acceptable when doing a long cook. It's BBQ... Not rocket science. The whole point of BBQ is to relax. If I need really high heat, I'll fire up my Egg. :)
