Outdoor Kitchen Build

It is functional and dry. Used the gasser a couple of times while it was totally closed up. Not sure on the Traeger and rear venting, may have to wheel her to the center to run it closed up

Get-R-Done! Can you mount a fan to exhaust air through the ceiling vent?

I've had to clean the fan blades on my BAF in the patio as smoke causes a little build up.

The smoke does flow upwards. Just that the sides flutter in the winds, so I need to put it center in the room. I have noticed that the lights on the gasser side are 'dirtier' than the rest, looks to be a grease film. I am thinking the inside roof is going to need power washing after a winter of cooking in there

Dude, that's his stove... year round

Here is something that I have been working on the past couple of weeks, it is not finished but it is taking shape!!

Tried the latest edition to the BBQ patio tonight. Here's an Ooni Frya 12 getting up to 900+degrees. I have it just outside the covered patio for safety reasons. :)

It's pretty cool and darn quick at making pizzas! I have a left over chunk of the walnut butcher block counter top as a cutting board. That came in handy tonight. Overall, first night with the Ooni went without a hitch.

Congratulations! I went the easy route and got the Ooni Korda over a year ago (it is gas fired unlike your wood fired Fyra). It gets to over 950 degrees very quickly and I can now make Neapolitan pizzas in under two minutes. You will never make pizza any other way once you have tasted something from these bad boys!

Get pizza peel from Ooni, it is the best one for it. Also, the Thermoworks infrared thermometer.

Thanks. I figured since I have loads of pellets, I went that route. I have the Thermoworks thermometer for a while now. I did order a turning peel after the first experience. We picked up some premade pizza crusts and sauce from Sam's club and they worked out great.

It boils down to turn quickly and often, and man does it crank out pizzas. Much better than on the Big Green Egg for a fraction of the fuel.

Howdy,

I'm looking for inspiration for an outdoor kitchen. Time to show off yours if you have one.

Edit 9/7/20: No one posted kitchen pics, so I changed the title and will post pics of my progress as I build a place for my grillin-n-chillin.

Here's where I will put one.

The kitchen that is made in the village is really fascinating. I think the village kitchens are very beautiful. But this is one of the best kitchen I've even seen.

The latest addition to the outdoor kitchen... My neighbor, the one with the top shelf, was over having a bourbon one evening and came up with the idea to put a light behind the big Texas star on the wall. I found an LED bulb that runs off an USB connection and SWMBO got up there and hung one behind the star up in the middle. It plugs into a USB charger plugged into the wall or one of the many battery based USB chargers I have. Turned out pretty cool.
