It is still very possible to be you electrical connections, because anytime the power is interrupted for whatever reason, the grill is gonna shut down. Is it possible to use a different outlet, and extension cord ( if you’re using one), and maybe even a different cord coming out of the grill ( the cord on mine is just a standard cord, with plugs at both ends). That would help you narrow down the culprit.Checked connections every time it has happened. All good connections. No flickering, just complete blank as if power is killed. Thanks for reply!
It could be a controller, but sounds more like a power problem to me...
