Have a Pro 575 series grill - keep receiving ‘auger disconnected error’ and have done the following:
- called tech support and worked through the steps
- replaced the auger motor
- completely tore down/cleaned unit to include removing and reinstalling auger
- firmware is up to date
Any suggestions out there? Was going to try and reinstall firmware as another possible angle due to at start up, grill indicates ‘grill needs to be cleaned’ - don’t know if an issue or not.
