So what is everyone planning to smoke for Super Bowl? Who's your team?

Ok...this sounds good 😁. I looked for Chuck roast and found "Chuck tender roast", "Chuck shoulder roast", both from BJ's. At Restaurant Depot, there are others like Chuck clod and Scotties, though I've not heard of those names.

Which cut do you use?

I made these back in October, i used the chuck shoulder roast. They turned out very good!
