Kids brought by some Prime NY Strips for Dad to cook on Dad's Day. Works for me as I would be disappointed at steak house today.

Rubbed in EVOO and dusted with Kinder's Prime Steak rub. That stuff is meat magic!

Shoulda done one, but we got down to business. All were a perfect medium rare though. Gotta love these steak butter pats from HEB though served up with some asparagus and jasmine rice.

Thank you.. sorry I just saw this, I used a light coat of both HCC Red and Meat Church Gospel. Also glazed with Blues Hog Original.

Cooking beef plate ribs for the first time!

Meat Church Holy Cow rub, overnight cook starting at 195 degrees, smoke tube in. I'll increase it to 225 degrees in the morning.

Traeger + FireBoard is an excellent combination!

Chunk O' Pork Loin tonight. Love buying those big loins for $1.99/lb and cutting it into 4 chunks for meals later.

Pork tenderloin for us tonight. Low and slow, starting at 180° @ 4:45 PM then bumping to 250° for the last 20 minutes (around 130 IT). Nice and smokey.
